Wolves... A misunderstood animal, claimed to have been a nuisance to farmers, and the preconceived idea that wolves were a threat even to man. Back in the 30’s wolves were sought out and killed. Wolf pups were sent away to zoos and the wolf had disappeared from the Yellowstone area. A few years back, wolves were reintroduced to the National Park, and have been doing quite well. I captured this wolf running out in front of me. With camera by my side, I quickly grabbed a few shots before he disappeared behind into the landscape.
