This cabin is located on the east end of the Smoky Mountain National Park near Cataloochee. This side of the park is very quiet as it's in a remote area. I parked the car for a short hike to a church accessible only by trails. It was nearing sunset so I was keeping a pretty swift pace to get there when I came up on three fellas hiking back to the trailhead. They were there to photograph the church as well, and told me it wasn't worth my time to hike any further. I still had my mind set to see this area, so I proceeded down the trail. I walked upon this small cabin, and found this very colorful autumn shot. I found a shot that was worth the walk!
